Service and Methodology: PPT-- People, Process, and Technology.

People first; they have insights that need to be discussed without reprisal. Technology is a constant change, but relationships are the ones that last. So get to where the people trust management and feedback.

It began with "how/why does this process happen" is there anything that needs to be modified or removed to make the process work more efficiently.

Technology is changing, and Security is an afterthought with build MVP. Let's change that!
